The group plays music from all over the world – focusing on cultures that are represented by members or the interest of members of the group.
The group particularly welcomes asylum seekers and those isolated and marginalised to come to these events which are all put on free through the commitment of local professionals.
Confluence Café takes place every third Saturday of the month at St Luke’s Church Canning Crescent Oxford between 2 and 5 pm. The session is for people of all communities to share food music and dance. Click this link to find out more about forthcoming events.
Marhaba is music from musicians and dancers, poets and singers, people living in Oxford – who all come together to share and enjoy a variety of dance, music and food.on the last Tuesday of the month from 7-9 pm at the Richard Benson Hall on the Cowley Road and is also free.
