Carnival Day Feast

Food is one of the big attractions of Carnival Day. Just thinking about all the delicious street food that we can’t buy this year  is making our mouths water! Along with established favourites, like jerk chicken and curried goat, there is always something new. So, this year, for our Virtual Carnival Day, if we can’t buy it –  we can make it instead!.

Although we can’t get out to celebrate Carnival in the usual way this year, we don’t want to be denied our annual feast. We are asking our stallholders, Cowley Road restaurateurs, and carnival-goers – this means YOU – to send us your recipes,and photos/film of you making them, so that we can try them at home.
