Candlelight Community Carols

5.20 pm, 16 December

At the Church of St Mary & St John, Cowley Road. All are welcome.

Women’s groups will be participating including: BK Luwo, Syrian Sisters (from Asylum Welcome), Refugee Resource Women’s Group, and M&A Social Enterprises (Asian Cultural Centre).

Chinta Kallie (Oxford Hindu Temple) will sing a bhajan dedicated to the Divine Mother.

• Performance of Hindu hymns – Chinta from the Oxford Hindu Temple
• Performance of Islamic poetry – Refugee Resource as well as bringing food to share
• Women’s Choir – BK Luo based at East Ox Community Centre
• Food to share – Syrian Sisters based in Rose Hill
• Stall with festive crafts – M&A Enterprises

Please come to this community service, all are welcome, and have a mince pie and mulled wine afterward
