Your Host for Virtual Cowley Road Carnival Author, researcher, event organiser and consultant Pax is a carnival expert, guru and joined our Board of Trustees in 2019. In 2021 he stepped down from the Board to offer his expertise as Creative ~Consultant to Cowley Road Carnival.
Pax has been involved in UK and international carnivals since the mid-80s and has served as a senior member in the Arts Council of England national office.
