Creamy Paneer Masala

How To Make Creamy Paneer Masala (Vegetarian)


Serves 2 or more

1 onion

1 Green pepper

Desert spoonful garam masala

1 cm fresh ginger (or quarter teaspoon ground ginger)

2 cloves of garlic

Pinch of salt

Handful of Spinach (wilted and drained)

2 sweet potatoes (Precooked and cut into small cubes)

1 green chilli (chopped small)

Packet of paneer (cut into cubes)

Handful of petit pois

Tin of Coconut milk

Coconut Cream (optional)

Half teaspoon Cumin

Korma paste (if required – cheats only)

Coriander leaves


Serves 2 or more

Fry the onion, green pepper, garamasala, ginger and garlic for five minutes.

Add all the other ingredients except the coriander, bring to the boil, then and simmer for around twenty minutes.

Sprinkle with plenty of coriander leaves.

Serve with rice and/or naan bread.
